Still overcast

With Fall approaching so quickly, the leaves on the dogwoods are now burgundy! It has been cloudy for six days now, ugh. Should be sunny for the next 5 days, hooray!

After a beautiful weekend.....

Getting ready to show some nice people property on Lake Wateree. They have been back many, many times to see what is new on the market. Drizzly and overcast today, but that does not dampen my spirit!

Lake Wateree Real Estate is sure picking up. I just received two new existing home listings and two lot listings.
Granted it will take a while to sell, but people are coming to the lake.

Mid-week on Lake Wateree SC

Real estate seems to be picking up, even on a Wednesday! Getting phone calls about my foreclosure properties on Lake Wateree that start at $290,000 and go up to $499,900. This is for homes that started at $650,000 and if completed would have listed at $1,200,000.

Monday on Lake Wateree SC

The sun is out, winds are calm then furious and back to calm gain. White caps on the water. Going for a bike ride soon.

Rain

A rainy day here on Lake Wateree. We face SW and that is exactly the direction that the rain is coming from, so we get to see it as it approaches, and can see when it will end. just love it here on Lake Wateree.

Spring rains

Lake wateree is maintaing its normal lake levels due to the gentle rains, and occassional wind storms. It is just too beautiful here.

Cold front moving in

It's 80 degrees on Lake wateree today, wind is picking up bringing in the cold front, below freezing in a couple of days.

Rainy days on the lake

It seems that no matter what the weather is like here, it is a terrific place to live, work and play.

Warmth of the sun

After a day of getting our water hooked back up to our well, as the pipes broke the other day, I just gaze out at Lake Wateree to realize that I am as close to heaven as I can physically be.
